Foundation_Fiesta Medal Competition_Poster-2nd-9thplace runner upsIn fall 2016, the SAISD Foundation called for entries for its inaugural Fiesta Medal Design Competition. The winning design will be used for its 2017 Fiesta Medal Fundraiser. All funds raised directly benefit grants for arts programs in San Antonio ISD. Students with the top three designs were awarded prizes and teachers of these students received a grant to support the arts in their classroom. Teachers in any grade/content area submitted their students’ entries. The FIRST place design is the official 2017 SAISD Foundation Fiesta Medal. ¡Viva Arts Education! ¡Viva Fiesta San Antonio!
