The Paella team recently won a trip to New York, and we are seeking $10,000 for the students to experience the culinary scene in New York by May 16, 2025. This will be the 3rd paella team in 5 years that have earned the privilege of this trip.

The Brackenridge Culinary program is a shining example of what public schools contribute to the community. Many students that have been part of the Brackenridge Culinary program have gone on to work in the hospitality industry in some capacity right out of high school due to the real-world and hands-on training. The culinary program aims to instill a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and bringing out the natural leader in each of our students.
